We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team in the Leisure & Entertainment industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled recruiter to bring their expertise in high-volume hiring, candidate sourcing, and employer branding to a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process for a variety of roles, from sourcing to onboarding, within the immersive experiences sector.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of team needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.
- Manage a high-volume recruitment workload, ensuring roles are filled in a timely and efficient manner without compromising on quality.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates, streamline workflows, and manage recruitment data effectively.
- Recommend employer branding stratgies, working to build and promote a strong employer value proposition to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers.
- Maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies as needed to fulfill hiring needs.
Key Requirements:
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in high-volume hiring.
- Extensive experience with ATS systems to streamline recruitment processes and maintain data accuracy.
- Demonstrated expertise in employer branding, with the ability to communicate the organization’s value proposition to attract top-tier candidates.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to adapt strategies to a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Prior experience working closely with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies and achieve team hiring goals.
