We are seeking a highly organized and proactive female ADMIN OFFICER/PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations
- Coordinate with factory for the item status, ensure items finished on time
- Coordinate logistics including import and export
- Manage day-to-day clerical tasks and provide administrative assistance to executives or departments
- Ensure that materials and items are follows as per client approved
- Assist in cost reporting and budget reconciliations post-production
- Monitor expenses and help track the production cost
- Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate with the suppliers and prepare the POs
Qualification
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Understanding of technical drawings is an advantage
- can join immediately preferred
