Job Title: Garment Factory Production Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at our Dubai-based garment factory. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in garment manufacturing and be capable of managing production timelines, quality standards, and tailoring teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day garment production: cutting, stitching, finishing, and QC
- Manage and assign tasks to tailors, cutters, and supervisors
- Ensure production targets and delivery timelines are met
- Plan and batch orders for efficient production (style-by-style, not order-by-order)
- Ensure quality standards are met before garments are dispatched
- Collaborate with design and sales teams on new styles and bulk orders
- Maintain factory discipline, efficiency, and a safe working environment
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Maintain daily production records and reports
Requirements:
- MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE in an international garment production factory
- Strong leadership and floor management skills
- Good knowledge of tailoring, pattern cutting, fabrics, and construction
- Ability to read tech packs, size specs, and communicate with designers
- Fluent in English (Urdu/Hindi is a strong plus)
- Experience in managing 30+ factory staff is preferred
- Familiarity with Dubai labor and production practices a plus
