Responsibilities:
Identify and source potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and other tools.
Build a pipeline of qualified profiles for recruiters/hiring managers.
Engage with passive candidates via email, InMail, or social media.
Maintain a database of sourced profiles for future hiring needs.
Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements.
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment, sourcing.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and sourcing tools
Strong Boolean search and X-ray search skills.
Excellent communication and outreach skills.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
