This role will oversee the strategic management of user profile administration (UPA) and privileged access management (PAM) permissions across a broad range of systems within the organization. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, this role involves leading a wide team, to ensure secure and seamless access for all users, resolve issues efficiently, and drive continuous enhancements to access management processes & privileged access management.
- Ensure efficient, accurate, and secure administration of user profiles across all banking systems, aligning access with business needs and compliance requirements.
- Ensure time-based accesses in ARCOS are governed and maintained with the best security practices.
- Ensure passwords are segregated to be the following, dynamic & static passwords and to be vaulted within PAM.
- Lead the team in providing support to provision servers & application accesses to ensure seamless interaction with the users.
- Continuously review and refine user profile administration processes & privileged access management, by identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and risk reduction.
- Ensure the timely and effective delivery of user access requests, access reviews, and deactivation of redundant profiles in line with company policies.
- Ensure user profile management aligns with security best practices, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in business environment in technology-oriented bank.
- 5+ years of experience in User access management.
- 5+ years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM) or a related field.
- Strong experience in managing privileged accounts, credentials management, password vaulting, and session recording.
- Deep understanding of user profile creation, role-based access control (RBAC), and permission management.
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, or similar identity management systems.
- Hands-on experience in IAM tools such as (SailPoint, Okta).
- Hands-on experience in Ticketing tools such as (BMC Helix, Remedy Salesforce).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) & ARCOS.
Strong interpersonal skill, problem solving, analytical, planning skills.
