Position Title: Project Control Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Monthly Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000 (All-inclusive)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Control Manager to lead project planning, cost control, and reporting functions for our ongoing and upcoming projects in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing schedule management, cost forecasting, risk analysis, and performance measurement to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Track and control project costs, including budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance tracking methodologies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Engineering, Procurement, and Finance to ensure alignment of planning and execution.
- Manage project risks, identify schedule/cost impacts, and provide mitigation strategies.
- Oversee change control processes, including impact analysis and approvals.
- Support contract administration, claims preparation, and progress billing.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, procedures, and client requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior planning and control staff as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in project controls, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel.
- Experience with EVM, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with project control practices in sectors such as construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP, CCP, or PMI-SP certification is an advantage.
