Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce creative video content for various platforms, including product tutorials, unboxings, skincare tips, brand storytelling, and customer testimonials.
- Develop a content strategy that aligns with marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to ensure video content supports overall brand goals and resonates with the target audience.
- Keep up with the latest trends in skincare, beauty, and video content creation to create fresh and relevant video ideas.
- Optimize videos for SEO, including titles, descriptions, and tags, to maximize reach and engagement across platforms.
- Maintain a consistent video publishing schedule across all platforms.
- Monitor the performance of videos (views, engagement, conversions) and analyze data to inform future video strategies.
- Engage with viewers by responding to comments and feedback on videos and social media platforms.
- Work with influencers and other content creators to collaborate on video content that enhances brand visibility.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand identity, tone, and values.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a video content creator, videographer, or similar role, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong understanding of video content for social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Experience with shooting and editing both short-form (Reels, TikToks) and long-form (YouTube, tutorials) videos.
- A creative eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail in editing.
- Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and the beauty industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain concepts on camera in a clear and engaging manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple video projects with deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content is preferred.
- A passion for skincare, beauty, and content creation.
