We are 18+ year old Sign, Graphics and Display Solution Company with offices in Dubai and Florida. We are urgently looking for dynamic Project Coordinator highly motivated & Energetic individual, having passion for bright career and growth to be a part of our growing team.
Job Qualifications:
- Must have valid UAE Driver’s License
- Experience in similar or equivalent industry in Advertising, Printing, Signages, Exhibition is mandatory.
- Communicate clearly and effectively through both verbal and written channels.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and ERP software.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all phases of project execution – planning, production, and delivery.
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure on-time milestone delivery.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the project.
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Assist the sales team by managing schedules and maintaining sales documentation.
- Provide clients with regular updates and detailed project timeline reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, print, production, fabrication, and installation teams to drive project success.
- Align all departments on project scope, timelines, and quality standards to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and installation guidelines throughout project lifecycle.
- Coordinate timely deliveries and on-site installations to maintain project schedules.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to support project requirements.
- Oversee project documentation, including permits, installation manuals, and HSE compliance forms.
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
- Supervise projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
Education and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree Holder in Technical or Engineering
- At least two years experience as a Project Coordinator
