Job Title: Project Manager

Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree
*PMP certification (Scrum Master preferred)
*6–8 years of experience in project management
*Stakeholder Management
*Change Management – Basic
*Process Analysis – Advanced
*Project Management/Coordination – Advanced
*Business Intelligence Tools and Analytics – Intermediate
*Business Process Management – Intermediate
*Presentation Skills (written and verbal)
*Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
*Experience in presenting to senior forums
Responsibilities:
*Manage all project activities within TMO (meetings, MoMs, records)
*Coordinate stakeholder communication and transformation activities
*Arrange training sessions where required
*Maintain and track risk registers
*Deliver program updates and reporting in tight timelines
