We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in interior design and fabrication. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage interior design and fabrication projects from planning to handover.
- Coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and contractors.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee quality control and adherence to design standards.
- Manage client communication and provide regular progress updates.
- Resolve project issues and ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior design and/or fabrication.
- Strong understanding of design, materials, and production processes.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- PMP certification is a plus.
