We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out and décor projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing high-end commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining the highest quality standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Coordination: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage project scope, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, architects, and site supervisors to execute design concepts.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Source and manage suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
- Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with safety, health, and building regulations.
Requirements: -
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years + experience in project management within the interior design or fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and finishes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
