Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Business Development Executive fluent in English and hindi to expand our client base and develop long-term business relationships across regional and international markets. This role is based in Dubai and requires excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in UAE and surrounding markets
* Build strong relationships with potential clients in Russian- and Arabic-speaking communities
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
* Develop and present proposals and business plans to clients
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Maintain and update CRM records regularly
*Requirements:*
* Female candidates prefered (as per business requirements)
* Fluency in English and hindi is mandatory
* Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in AV or technology sector
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
