Project Manager – MEP (Construction)

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned MEP Project Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) operations within our construction projects based in Dubai. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing MEP works from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring timely delivery within budget, and maintaining the highest quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all MEP activities on-site, ensuring alignment with the overall construction schedule.
- Review and manage technical submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs; ensure approvals and compliance with project specs.
- Monitor and control budgets, BOQs, and variations.
- Maintain procurement and ensure timely availability of materials, plant, and equipment.
- Oversee commissioning, snagging, testing, and final handover phases.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality, safety (HSE), and local regulatory compliance.
- Manage and supervise MEP team members and subcontractors; conduct coordination meetings.
- Maintain documentation: progress reports, schedules, commissioning records, correspondence.
- Liaise with contractors, clients, consultants, local authorities (DM, DEWA), and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in MEP project management within the construction sector, ideally in Dubai or the broader Middle East Indeed.
- Proven track record in delivering MEP projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other construction management software Indeed.
