Project Coordinator/Manager is responsible for the managing projects within Technology Division. The incumbent will lead the team projects within respective Retail Technology team. The incumbent is accountable for ensuring project delivery timelines and budget are tracked and escalated promptly in case of any deviation; provides status and efficient communications and decision-support to stakeholders. Project artifacts mgt, arrange for relevant meetings, cross functional co-ordination are to be handled

- Lead / Support Project managers assigned for Technology projects.
- Monitor the development and implementation of plans for the design, testing, and implementation of all business requirements.
- Reporting of Projects status under the assigned scope of work
- Ensure the project management framework, stage gates for the projects are followed and the artifacts are maintained in the Central Project repository.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience in banking industry with project management certification (e.g. PMP) or equivalent practical experience
- Strong Portfolio/ Program management
- Previous experience working in a Banking Project environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with the stakeholders across the organisation
