Edges Integrated Technical Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Executive with a strong background in the Interior Fit-Out industry. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of proven project sales experience in the UAE market, with a solid track record of client acquisition, deal closure, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and turnkey project sectors
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals effectively
- Consistently meet or surpass individual monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify emerging opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities through CRM and provide regular performance updates to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of project sales experience in the UAE interior fit-out industry
- Valid UAE Driving License is essential
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Well-connected with a robust network within the UAE interior design and construction sectors
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi and/or Arabic is a plus
- Preference for candidates with own visa; however, company visa and accommodation can be arranged if needed
