Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Projects Manager to oversee and manage multiple building construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building construction and be willing to travel regularly to different project sites. This role involves planning, coordination, and on-site supervision to ensure projects are delivered on time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of building construction projects across multiple locations.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and enforce safety standards.
- Resolve site issues, delays, and other challenges proactively.
- Ensure compliance with construction codes, legal regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or any related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Projects Manager
