We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager (Fit-Out) to oversee interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, contractors, suppliers, and ensuring all aspects of the fit-out work meet client requirements, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and coordinate all phases of fit-out projects including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Prepare detailed project plans, risk assessments, and procurement schedules.
- Oversee site activities to ensure work is progressing as per design and schedule.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present progress reports, status updates, and final project documentation.
- Conduct snagging, handover, and post-project evaluations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in interior fit-out project management - Resedential
- Proven track record of delivering fit-out projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety regulations.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore, or similar).
