Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, and resource allocation.
- Utilize project management software to track progress and update stakeholders regularly.Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all financial targets are met.
- Conduct regular cost analysis to monitor project expenditures and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of UAE experience in the field of contracting/construction, preferably in landscaping and swimming pool projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Excellent budgeting and cost control abilities.
