About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow high‑net‑worth clients’ property portfolios.
- Utilize effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
- Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, facilitating negotiations and ensuring smooth transactions.
- Coordinate viewings and help the clients with the needful.-Keep clients informed with regular performance updates and market insights.
- Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and achieve personal and team goals
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate leads and referrals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate or property/portfolio management
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and trends-
- Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of off‑plan properties
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and numerical skills
- Fluent in English
