- Analyze real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Identify suitable properties based on client requirements.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information.
- Assist clients in negotiating property prices and lease terms.
- Prepare and review necessary legal documents related to property transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate the buying, selling, or leasing of properties.
- Guide clients through the final stages of a property transaction.
