Responsibilities:
- Assist in estimating project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment for waterproofing projects.
- Conduct on-site visits to gather relevant data for accurate quantity take-offs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project cost reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost control and project profitability.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Monitor and track project expenses against budgets.
- Assist in contract administration and claims management.
- Support in the preparation of bills of quantities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering , or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying with a focus on waterproofing projects.
- Strong understanding of waterproofing materials, techniques, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in quantity take-off software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
