Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in civil construction projects as QS
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, cost control, and site coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software tools
- Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE on a spouse visa
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Verify and validate subcontractor bills and supplier invoices
- Monitor project costs and highlight variances
- Support tender preparation and procurement
- Coordinate with site and engineering teams to ensure accuracy in execution
