We are looking to hire a Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost evaluation and budget management
- Procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Contract administration and project reporting
- Handling variations, claims, and payment applications
- Identifying and managing contract risks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1–2 years of post-contract experience in construction
- Proven experience with a main contractor in the UAE
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
