We are looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cost evaluation and manage project budgets
- Handle procurement processes and coordinate with subcontractors
- Administer contracts and prepare regular project reports
- Manage variations, claims, and payment applications
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks
Qualifications:.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1–2 years of post-contract experience in the construction industry
- Proven track record working with a main contractor in the UAE
