Pergola UAE Aluminum LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in aluminum, glass, and steel fabrication and installation. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in cost estimation, contract evaluation, and site supervision for high-end architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and evaluate BOQs and quotations for aluminum, glass, and steel scope
- Conduct site measurements and material take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with fabrication and site teams to validate progress and ensure cost alignment
- Monitor and control budgets, variations, and claims throughout the project lifecycle
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors regarding project scope and financials
- Assist in contract administration, progress invoicing, and final accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in site supervision and quantity surveying for metal works
- Strong knowledge of aluminum, glass, and steel components and installation practices
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and QS software tools
- Excellent reporting and communication skills
- Valid UAE Driver’s License (mandatory)
