Job Vacancy – Quantity Calculation Engineer (Quantity Surveyor)
Razanco Building Contracting L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Quantity Calculation Engineer (QS Engineer) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and verify quantity calculations and measurements for construction works.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
- Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with budget requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for accurate reporting.
- Review subcontractor invoices and verify quantities before approval.
- Prepare progress and cost control reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum [number] years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor / QS Engineer in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Fluency inTagalog
