Position: RCM Manager (Revenue Cycle Management)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced RCM Manager to oversee and optimize our revenue cycle operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient billing, claims processing, denial management, and collections while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end revenue cycle process, including patient registration, insurance verification, coding, billing, and collections.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely and accurate claims submission, follow-up, and denial management to maximize revenue recovery.
- Lead and mentor the RCM team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments (finance, operations, IT) and external stakeholders (payers, vendors) to streamline processes.
- Stay updated with industry regulations (e.g., UAE healthcare laws, insurance policies) and ensure compliance across all RCM activities.
- Implement and maintain RCM software/tools to improve workflow automation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in RCM, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (healthcare setting preferred).
- Strong knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT), insurance claims (payer policies), and denial management.
- Proficiency in RCM software (e.g., Epic, MediSoft, Zoho) and data analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
