We are a growing real estate company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Person to support our day-to-day operations. This is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and has experience in the real estate industry or a similar field.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize property listings and CRM updates
- Respond to offcie inquiries via email, phone, or chat
- Coordinate with agents and third-party vendors (inspectors, photographers, etc.)
- Schedule property showings and meetings
- Assist with preparing contracts, agreements, and other documents
- Perform general admin tasks such as data entry, calendar management, and email handling
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Prior experience in real estate or admin support preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Tech-savvy – familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, CRM systems, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
