Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant with a minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in the UAE real estate market. The ideal candidate will support real estate agents and brokers in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service. Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist real estate agents in managing listings, scheduling appointments, and conducting property viewings.
Prepare and organize documents related to property transactions, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures.
Maintain and update property databases and listings on various platforms.
Conduct market research to provide insights on property values, trends, and competition.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions and resolve issues.
Coordinate marketing efforts, including social media posts, flyers, and open house events.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Assistant or in a similar role within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Can speak Arabic and English is a plus
