This role will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and agents and ensuring that all documentation and processes are handled efficiently and accurately. As a Real Estate Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth functioning of the office, supporting sales and leasing activities and providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders. If you are proactive, reliable and passionate about supporting a dynamic real estate team, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position. • Manage and organize real estate documents and files • Process contracts, leases, and other real estate documents • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements • Coordinate appointments, showings, and meetings for agents • Maintain and update property listings and databases • Assist with marketing materials and online property postings • Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service • Order and manage office supplies and equipment • Support agents with administrative tasks and reporting • Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but at least High school diploma or equivalent is essential. • Total experience of 5 yrs with a prior experience in real estate administration of around 2-3 years is essential. • Strong organizational multitasking and analytical abilities with the tenacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and real estate management software. • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of Real Estate processes and terminology. • Customer service orientation and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
