Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and available properties.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Build and manage a network of clients and property listings.
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation throughout the transaction process.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in real estate is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
