Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s neighborhoods, off-plan and ready properties
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to generate and follow up with leads effectively
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
