Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in property buying, selling, and leasing.
- Conduct market analysis to determine property values and competitive pricing.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Prepare and review property documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Negotiate deals and provide advice to clients during transactions.
- Manage property listings property platforms.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and regulations.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in real estate sales or brokerage (required).
- Driving License & Own Vehicle (required).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with real estate CRM tools.
