Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining deep knowledge of the local property market. You will play a key role in guiding clients through every step of the property transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and property portals.
Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
Build strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with property laws, government regulations, and market trends in Abu Dhabi.
Collaborate with developers, property owners, and other agents to promote listings.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
