Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell/leasing residential and commercial properties
- Manage property listings on real estate portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.)
- Schedule and conduct viewings with clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate deals and prepare legal documents (MOUs, tenancy contracts)
- Coordinate with developers and landlords
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations
Requirements:
- Female applicants only (due to team structure)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and well-organized
- Fluency in English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
