Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Real Estate Agent with 1–2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate should be fluent in at least one of the following languages:
- Hindi / Urdu
- Russian
- Mandarin / Cantonese / Chinese
- French
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated with market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals.
- Prepare necessary documentation (contracts, agreements, and forms).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of real estate sales or leasing experience in Dubai.
- RERA certification (preferred, or willing to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Hindi/Urdu, Russian, Mandarin/Cantonese/Chinese.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Valid UAE driving license and car (preferred).
