Job Title: CD Chef – Modern Healthy Cuisine
Location: The Diet , Ajman, UAE
Department: Culinary
Reporting to: Founder / Operations Head
Working Hours: Full-time, including weekends/holidays on rotation (weekly one day off)

Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary Chef who is passionate about modern intercontinental cuisine, health-conscious cooking, and culinary innovation. The ideal candidate will lead our kitchen team and take ownership of developing new-age, nutrient-balanced recipes for a health-focused menu that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all culinary operations for the restaurant
- Innovate and develop new healthy, keto-friendly dishes across meal types and cuisines (e.g., Mediterranean, Asian, Indian fusion, European)
- Ensure all meals are sugar-free, low-carb, and optionally gluten-free or dairy-free, based on the Hola Keto principles
- Collaborate with nutritionists to ensure macro balance in each recipe
- Design seasonal and signature menus for dine-in, grab-and-go, and delivery
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards in line with Dubai Municipality and HACCP guidelines
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on recipes, portioning, and presentation
- Work with procurement to ensure fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Monitor food costs and wastage to ensure profitability
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of culinary experience with at least 2 years as a Head Chef
- Strong background in intercontinental and health-focused cuisine
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative dishes with macro-friendly goals (high-protein, low-carb, keto, gluten-free, etc.)
- Formal culinary degree or certification preferred
- Knowledge of dietary preferences: keto, paleo, dairy-free, plant-based, diabetic-friendly, etc.
- Experience with commercial kitchen operations and managing a culinary team
- Creativity, leadership, and attention to detail
- Good communication and documentation skills (for recipe logging and standardization)
