Job Summary
We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first Partnerships Intern with a background in real estate sales or leasing, who’s ready to pivot into the exciting world of startups. You’ll be at the frontlines of our Real Estate Agent & Agency Partnerships, helping onboard brokers and firms to use Rentify as a tool to service their rental listings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with real estate agents and brokerage firms across Dubai
- Pitch the Rentify platform to agents as a powerful solution to offer monthly rent payments, rewards, and digital contracts for their clients
- Onboard new agent partners and guide them through product use
- Work with the product and operations teams to relay field feedback and improve the agent experience
- Support in organizing outreach campaigns, open-house activations, and training sessions for brokerage teams
- Maintain CRM records, partnership progress, and performance tracking
Qualifications and Requirements
- Mandatory: Previous experience in Dubai real estate (sales or leasing)
- Passionate about proptech, fintech, and reshaping the real estate experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building skills with a positive, go-getter attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- UAE driving license is a plus
