We are seeking an ambitious Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. This role offers an exceptional uncapped earning potential with more than 50% commission structure, rewarding your hard work and success directly.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential buyers and sellers of properties in Dubai.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on property trends, prices, and new developments.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Show properties to prospective clients and highlight their features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales and lease agreements between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords.
- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and other promotional activities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably within the Dubai market.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate landscape and RERA regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
