Home Ville Real Estate is expanding its team and we are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing brokerage in Dubai.
Position: Real Estate Agent
Location: Dubai, UAE
Compensation: AED 3,000 Salary + Attractive Commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai.
- Generate leads and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
- Negotiate and close property transactions with integrity and transparency.
- Stay updated with Dubai’s real estate market trends and regulations.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous real estate experience is preferred (freshers with strong sales skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English; other languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, etc.) are a plus.
