Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Real Estate Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on property options based on their needs, budget, and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and site visits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market and trends in the real estate industry.
- Build and maintain a strong client network through effective communication and follow-up.
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
- Prepare and process legal documents related to real estate transactions (e.g., tenancy contracts, sales agreements).
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, agents, and other industry professionals.
- Provide after-sales services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a real estate consultant or in a similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge of local property laws, market conditions, and documentation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
