Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, facilitating property sales and rentals, and building strong relationships within our target markets. A key part of this role involves serving our Russian-speaking clientele, making fluency in both English and Russian a critical requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on property sales, purchases, and rentals.
- Manage a portfolio of properties and clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on real estate trends and property values.
- Generate new leads and nurture existing relationships to expand our client base.
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully.
- Attend property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a real estate consultant or in a similar sales role.
- Fluent in Russian and English (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and its regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid real estate license or certification as required by local regulations.
