Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through multiple channels.
- Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Organize and conduct property viewings.
- Provide expert advice and negotiate deals to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay current with real estate market trends and developments.
- List properties on portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) and manage incoming inquiries.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients and property developers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in using real estate CRMs and online listing platforms.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.
- UAE driving license is preferably.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
