Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate property sales, leases, and investment deals to maximize client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic negotiation tactics to secure favorable terms.
- Prepare and manage all transaction documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE property laws.
- Collaborate with developers, brokers, and internal teams to access exclusive listings.
Qualifications
- Valid UAE real estate license.
- Proven experience in real estate negotiations, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE property laws and the local market.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
