Responsibilities:
Actively seek out and engage prospective clients interested in real estate properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them throughout the buying or renting process.
Assist clients in understanding the intricacies of the real estate market, providing expert advice and recommendations.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals to ensure successful transactions.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments to provide accurate information to clients.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Requirements:
Graduate from a recognized university.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Outdoor sales, preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market will be an added advantage.
