Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage property listings on portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.
- Coordinate with agents and photographers for property photoshoots and listing updates.
- Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and client interactions using CRM systems.
- Prepare tenancy contracts, Form A, Form B, and other relevant RERA documentation.
- Liaise with clients and landlords to collect necessary property documents and ensure compliance.
- Handle inquiries from portals and direct them to the relevant agents.
- Monitor expired listings and ensure all listings are updated regularly.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales/leasing team (scheduling, document filing, etc.).
- Manage client - developer relationship
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate administration or as a listing coordinator in Dubai is preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.) is a must.
- Strong knowledge of RERA documentation and real estate procedures in the UAE.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Must be currently based in UAE.
