Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and invite candidates for real estate agent roles
Design and master job postings on platforms like LinkedIn, Bayt, Dubizzle, and others
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess suitability and experience
Coordinate with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring targets
Organize open days, recruitment events, and hiring campaigns
Track recruitment metrics and report regularly to management
Assist in onboarding and orientation of new joiners
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Requirements:
1 year experience in recruitment (real estate industry is a must)
Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and agent profiles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English is mandatory; Arabic or French is a plus)
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines
Energetic, self-driven, and highly organized
Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately
