Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Listing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a listing agent and must be confident in communicating with property owners, managing client relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire property listings
- Maintain and grow relationships with property owners
- Prepare and present listing presentations
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
- Coordinate property viewings and marketing strategies
- Negotiate offers and finalize contracts
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Listing Agent
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with property owners
- Fluent in English (required); Arabic is a strong plus
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
