Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, training sales staff, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in achieving the company's business objectives and expanding its market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and training as needed.
- Recruit and onboard new agents and ensure proper orientation and training.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on property trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create campaigns and promotional materials.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
