About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market and a passion for helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Market Research: Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s real estate trends and pricing.
- Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers.
- Negotiation & Sales: Close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Networking: Build relationships with investors, developers, and industry professionals.
- Marketing Strategies: Promote properties through various channels to attract buyers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid UAE real estate license.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE property laws and market trends.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
